Employee performance research and organizational strategies for Human development research:
It is found that employee performance research has been done in India as it has not covered Indian industry HR practices research and its orientations. The MNCs have adopted various Human resource strategies for employee career management research and practices. This has led to employee skill development research and employee self satisfaction research.
Career development strategic research and focus has put the Indian companies on par with global HR companies’ research. It is found that very less empirical research has been done on human development research in India which has to be done. Strategic career path research, employee orientation research, employee welfare research, employee benefits research and employee involvement research has not been done in Indian context which has to be done. There is a need for employee performance research and organizational strategies for Human resource development research in India.
