360 degree feedback on Organizational performance of Indian IT companies:
With liberalization, globalization and privatization research has been done extensively across the globe – this has also affected Indian Human resource research practices. There is a need for transformative and engaging human resource research engagements which can lead to organizational performance research outcomes.
Although motivation research, self-esteem research, self-research, perception research, leadership research has been done – we do not find researches on 360 degree feedback research. It is a research process where all the stakeholders’ research is done for total understanding of the company research and its proceedings. Although we could find entrepreneurial researches being done we do not find researches on Indian IT companies’ research. There is a need to do human resources management systems research, employee feedback mechanism research and 360 degree HR practices research in future also.
