Our SCI Indexed Journal Publication Services
All services are modular – choose the entire journey or the particular step at which you are getting stuck. Every journal suggestion that we provide to you is validated using the Clarivate Master Journal List on the day of your paper.
Journal Selection & Recommendation
Wrong Journal Selection means loss of 3-6 months for each rejection. We prevent this problem before submission from your side.
You get: an advanced list of 5-8 SCIE Journals, based on your research theme, methodology, and deadline, which will have their current indexing status, Impact Factor, Quartile, Average Time to First Decision, and Scope justification. One challenging, two suitable journals and one secure choice. In case Scopus or Web of Science ESCI journals suit your institutional policy and deadline, we will recommend them.
Best for: finalized papers being desk-rejected repeatedly. Get your Journal Report now →
Poor language is one of the most common reasons for desk rejection for non-native English writers – the reviewer cannot assess an argument which he cannot understand.
What you get: substantive editing by a PhD-level editor from your field – refined novelty statement, enhanced research gap, improved logical progression from Introduction to Discussion – and linguistic editing to academic standard. Every revision is tracked; you have to approve every edit. For light edits, we offer proofreading services.
Formatting and Submission Preparation
Failure to adhere to the guideline indicates carelessness. Complete formatting according to the author guidelines of the journal selected: references in APA, IEEE, Vancouver, or ACS styles; figures at the specified resolution; structured abstract; highlights; graphical abstract; keywords; and cover letter. If further restructuring is required before submission, our manuscript writing service performs the restructuring of the IMRaD structure.
Similarity and Plagiarism Prevention - Respectfully
High similarity results in instant rejection by many SCIE journals. The report is performed for you, and the interpretation is done in collaboration (differentiating true similarity from fake hits such as references or phrases used in method description) and rewriting of problem parts in your words, with your consent, adding citations where necessary. Order our plagiarism checking service if you need the report alone.
We do not perform any text spinning, mask sources, or rewrite to avoid detection because that is misconduct, that is detectable, and that ruins careers.
Review Comment Analysis & Revision Assistance
Revisions are responsible for more decisions than even submissions, and that is when most authors make mistakes. Our revision assistance entails understanding what the reviewers really want, creating a comprehensive response letter with you (respectful, substantiated, answering all comments) and preparing a revised document with tracked changes.
Best suited for: Major Revision, 40 comments, 60 days’ time. Get Revision Assistance →
Submitting/Resubmitting Assistance
Submission assistance via Editorial Manager/ScholarOne – metadata, statements, suggested reviewers. In case of rejection: constructive analysis and realigning your manuscript for a more suitable journal. You have the final say on the manuscript prior to any submission.
Complete Publication Assistance
A single responsible point person from manuscript to DOI: preparation list, authorship/ethics guidelines consistent with ICMJE standards, proof correction, and ORCID/repository setup after publication. This is part of our journal publication services.

Why Do We Quote 6–14 Months While Others Quote 3–6?
The math that fast publications promise omits: the process of editorial screening requires 1–4 weeks; the process of peer review takes 4–12 weeks; the revision of your paper will take 2–8 weeks; the re-review will take 3–8 weeks; the production phase requires at least a month. The best-case scenario requires 3 to 6 months — fast journal, minor revision, and instantaneous response from you. To quote the best case as an average case is to set yourself up for eighteen months of disappointment. We quote the realistic timeframe and select journals whose decision time fits your deadline. This is honest timeline management.
The honest difference is that many services say what you want to hear and take your money. We would prefer to tell you that your novelty is not good enough in week one rather than see you get three rejections in eighteen months.

PG Scholars (M.Tech/M.Sc/MD/MS)
We transform good dissertation chapters into good first papers in the right journals (Q3/Q4 SCIE or ESCI), along with research paper writing.
What Is an SCI Indexed Journal? (And How to Verify One in 3 Minutes)
SCI indexed journals are scientific or technological journals which have been reviewed by their peers and then included in the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE), which is a component of the Web of Science Core Collection maintained by Clarivate, based on a 24-criteria peer review quality assessment process.
The four truths about services that won’t tell you:
- Today, SCI ≈ SCIE. The SCI is already old; SCIE is the new one. When a university circular says, “SCI”, it almost surely means SCI Expanded journals. Any website that tries to tell you SCI is current, distinct, and superior in terms of indexation is giving you incorrect information based on outdated data.
- Impact Factor no longer guarantees SCIE indexing. Since 2023, Clarivate has been calculating Journal Impact Factors even for the ESCI journal set.
- The indexation can be reversed. Journals can be taken out of the index after failing the reevaluation process – that’s why we check for indexation at the moment of submission, and not based on a year-old list.
- All subscription-based SCIE journals have free publication fees. APCs only apply to Gold Open Access journals.
Steps to verify any journal on your own
- Visit mjl.clarivate.com (it’s free)
- Use ISSN search, not title search, since predatory publishers copy titles
- Ensure “Science Citation Index Expanded” is listed under Web of Science Core Collection
- Double-check ISSN number at portal.issn.org
- Run the journal through thinkchecksubmit.org
We verify every journal that we recommend. We’ll do the same verification process for any journal you want to publish in.

| Title & Abstract | Concrete and specific; numbers over adjectives; ~150–250 words | "Significantly improved" with no figures |
| Introduction | Clear research gap and a one-sentence novelty statement | Novelty buried or never stated |
| Methods | Reproducible by a competent researcher | Details too thin to replicate |
| Results | Factual reporting without interpretation | Mixing interpretation into results |
| Discussion | Interprets findings, compares with prior work, and states limitations | Simply restating the results |
| References | Recent, indexed, and correctly formatted citations | Outdated or non-indexed citations |

Frequently Asked Questions
No — and you should walk away from any service that does. Acceptance is decided by independent editors and peer reviewers. What we guarantee is the quality of the editorial work: verified journal selection, subject-matched editing, and full support through review.
Yes. Language editing, formatting and submission support are standard, publisher-permitted practices worldwide provided the intellectual content is the author's own. Many journals explicitly recommend professional editing for non-native English authors.
Every recommendation is verified on the Clarivate Master Journal List by ISSN on the day of your report — and we show you the verification so you can repeat it yourself in three minutes.
Realistically 6–14 months from submission to publication; peer review alone runs 4–12 weeks per round. We plan backwards from your deadline and select journals whose decision times fit it.
Yes, in subscription-model SCIE journals. Only Gold Open Access journals charge an APC, and many publishers waive it for authors in eligible countries — we check waiver eligibility and institutional agreements for you.
ESCI is a genuine Web of Science index but not SCIE; institutional acceptance varies. Scopus is a separate Elsevier database and doesn't satisfy a Web of Science requirement. We confirm your institution's exact rule first.
Rejection is normal — nearly every published researcher has been rejected repeatedly. We run an honest post-mortem, incorporate reviewer feedback, and resubmit to a better-matched journal. Built into Full Pathway.
Yes — Review Rescue is our most-requested standalone service. Send the decision letter and manuscript; we draft the point-by-point response with you within your journal's deadline.
Yes. Standard confidentiality plus NDA on request. Your data and manuscript are never shared, reused or disclosed.
Send your abstract or manuscript via the contact form or WhatsApp. A subject-matched editor responds with a free, honest readiness assessment.
Your research took years. Its presentation shouldn't be the reason it goes unpublished.
Submit your manuscript to us. You will get an objective readiness report in just a few days; a verified list of SCIE journals for which your work is actually suitable; and a realistic approach from an editor who knows first-hand how peer review works.
